Our process for creating digital products is agile, flexible and tailored to your needs.
This stage forms the exciting start of our product delivery partnership, which is much more than the usual, straightforward project management approach. Our goal is to thoroughly understand the problem that the product will be solving and the needs of the end users. We also want to start defining how we can solve this problem, what solutions already exist on the market and how we can provide value to our future clients.
Discovery Workshop
This workshop will allow us to get alignment on the mission and vision of the product. We will work with you to nail down the precise problem or pain point that we’re looking to solve. How big is this pain? And how much value will tackling it truly add? Who exactly are your users? Answering these questions will give us a much higher chance of developing a successful product.
We now have a deep understanding of the problem and a hypothesis on a possible solution. The next step is to evaluate whether our assumptions are correct. The goal of this phase is to quickly and at low cost verify with our future users if our solution is worth building.
Mockups And Experiments
We will run a set of straightforward experiments to validate the most crucial hypotheses about your product’s attractiveness, profitability and feasibility. Using different early stage testing methods, such as wireframe mockups, can help validate solutions on the market and reduce possible waste. This is a great chance to get the first valuable feedback from users about the idea.
Design Sprint
Design Sprint workshops allow us to go from an idea to a tested prototype which factors in development. The whole sprint takes just four days, and you only need to be involved in the first two.
UX Research and Testing
Creating full-fledged products is expensive and has a high risk of failure due to not delivering enough value to customers. Using the initial research gathered at the mockup stage, we will work with you to create a more detailed prototype and test it with real users, through our networks or database of focus groups.
Landing Pages
As part of user testing, we can also build simple landing pages which can act as your product MVP, equipped with an effective analytics tool that will enable you to monitor traffic and button-clicks, and gain useful insight into user behaviour.

The goal of this phase is to correct any outstanding bugs, resolve potential security issues, and make small adjustments depending on your need.
